Meet Dr. Clark

Dr. Jeffrey M. Clark was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he earned his Bachelors in Chemistry and Biology and received his DDS degree on 1985. Upon graduation he completed a two year internship at the University of Tennessee hospital in Knoxville. Dr. Clark entered the United States Navy upon graduation and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Portsmouth Naval Medical Center in Virginia. The residency included specialized training in dental implants, reconstructive facial surgery and removal of wisdom teeth. Dr Clark was also trained in the surgical removal of pathological lesions and maxillofacial trauma. He was in private practice in his home town of Greeneville Tennessee from 2000 until he was asked to join Dr. Thompson and Dr. Sutton in Bowling Green.

He actively pursues the latest changes in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery through attending continuing education courses. He has broad experience in dental legislation and discipline and served on the Tennessee Board of Dentistry for six years.

Dr Clark has been a Board Certified Surgeon and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 1999. He is also a member of:

Dr. Clark is currently on the medical staff of The Medical Center at Bowling Green and Greenview Medical Center. He provides both inpatient and emergency room care at both hospitals.

Dr. Clark and his wife Kathe have three children. He enjoys hiking with his family and hunting and fishing.
